The Challenge

The founder of Encore Partners, had built a firm with real institutional credibility. But his website told a different story. Visitors landed on a site that gave no clear sense of scale or depth. There was a lack of trust and credibility in the website. The consequences of this were real. Prospective clients who found Encore through referrals would check the site and lose confidence before ever making contact.

The brief was direct: the site needed gravitas. No crazy custom animations or elaborate interactions, just a clean looking product that matched the level of service that is provided.

The Solution

The solution was a complete rethinking of how the firm presented itself visually. Rather than taking what they had and taking it to the next level, we pulled it back further and approached it as a brand repositioning from the ground-up. This included: new brand direction, additional architecture around their services, and a platform change to wordpress that gave the site the flexibility and credibility it deserved.

We wanted to shift the look of the brand away from the dark navy and teal palette and move toward a refined palette that implied maturity and confidence rather than looking like a startup. This paired well with a new table that positioned Encore directly against the competition.

The redesigned Encore Partners site achieves what the old site couldn't deliver: a digital presence that matches the firm behind it. Clean white space, premium editorial typography, and a restrained visual system that signals confidence and seriousness from the first landing. We played with a stage-light motif woven through different areas of the site that gives the brand a distinctive visual identity that stands apart from competitors in the space.

Services Section

Two moments worth examining closely.

The old services list was a long inventory of specific offerings with no hierarchy or grouping, the kind of page that loses visitors before they find what they need. By categorizing services into logical groupings and writing directly to Encore's target audience, the new structure gives each offering context and purpose. Paired with a mega-menu navigation, this transforms a confusing list into a clear statement of depth and specialization. Visitors immediately understand what Encore does and whether it is relevant to them.

The service pages presented a different challenge. The content was inherently text-heavy, so rather than fighting it, we leaned in. Large, confident typography turns the density into a strength, giving each page an editorial quality that reinforces the premium positioning of the brand. A persistent sub-navigation supports exploration within each service area, making it easy for visitors to move through related offerings without losing their place.
