Molin Concrete Products
The Background
Molin Concrete Products has been a trusted name in precast concrete for more than 125 years. Yet their previous website no longer conveyed the craftsmanship, precision, or premium quality the company is known for. They needed a modern digital presence that honored their heritage while reflecting the innovation and strength at the core of their brand.
The Objectives
- Clarify navigation and user paths for core audiences: architects, engineers, developers, and general contractors.
- Elevate visual design to reflect Molin's premium product quality and heritage.
- Reinforce brand positioning around full-service capabilities ie. design, manufacture, installation.
- Streamline content management through flexible, component-based design.
- Build a more robust resources and project library that helps users quickly find relevant information.

We wanted to bring imagery and motion to the forefront, letting their impressive portfolio speak for itself. Large-scale photography, subtle video backgrounds, and thoughtful interactions and animations showcase the scope and craftsmanship of Molin's work, giving an immediate sense of scale and precision.
To support this, we paired those visuals with a clean, architectural layout and bold typography. The design incorporates architecturally inspired lines and a rigid grid system, and the result is a site that feels as confident and premium as the buildings Molin constructs.
Color & Texture Guide
A really awesome description.
To make the site as functional as it is beautiful, our content strategy centered on ease of use and discoverability. We transformed Molin’s Color and Texture Guide from a static PDF into a fully interactive page, making it easier for users to explore finishes directly on the site. What was once a download within the old site is now an intuitive, visually rich experience that ties directly into Molin’s product expertise. The new guide provides architects and designers with the material clarity they need during early project planning.
Cross-promotion was another key focus. Products are now strategically linked within project pages, allowing visitors to move seamlessly between real-world examples and the corresponding solutions. To make that connection even stronger, projects are tagged by finish type, enabling users to filter and find examples that match the specific materials or aesthetics they’re considering.
