Overview
Indelco Plastics is a leading supplier of corrosion resistant thermoplastic products for fluid control and storage. And although they've lead their industry for years in terms of inventory and quality, they had many frustrations with their current site. One of the biggest issues that Indelco faced was a lack of integration with their ERP (Microsoft NAV.) This made it difficult to match prices from NAV to their website. This also prevented their sales team from collecting commission with online orders.
A utilitarian homepage by nature
Indelco's customer base of 15,000+ are all highly utilitarian by nature. They know exactly what they want and are extremely time sensitive – typically ordering parts on the job site as needed. The homepage gets directly into product categories to filter down products with a prominent smart search in the navigation.
